At Natural Gems Belgium, we aim to prepare and dispatch orders quickly and provide clear shipping information throughout the shipping and delivery process.
Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched on the next business day after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. If an exceptional circumstance prevents us from dispatching an order within the normal timeframe, we will contact the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery destination and available shipping method.
The applicable shipping charge is displayed before the customer completes the order, allowing the total delivery cost to be reviewed before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking is provided for shipped orders.
Once tracking information becomes available, customers can follow the shipment using the tracking details provided with their order. Registered customers can also access available tracking information through their Natural Gems Belgium customer account.
Please note that tracking updates are supplied by the relevant carrier and may occasionally take some time to appear after dispatch.
International Shipping
Natural Gems Belgium ships internationally to supported destinations shown during checkout.
Available shipping methods, delivery costs and estimated transit times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and characteristics of the shipment.
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the direct control of Natural Gems Belgium, including customs processing, local postal operations or carrier delays.
Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
For international orders, particularly deliveries outside the European Union, the destination country may impose import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or other fees.
Unless such charges are explicitly collected by Natural Gems Belgium during checkout, these additional charges are not included in the purchase or shipping price and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Natural Gems Belgium provides the shipping and customs documentation required for the shipment. Any additional amounts imposed by customs authorities, carriers or other third parties in the destination country are payable by the recipient.
Shipping Protection
Natural Gems Belgium uses appropriate shipping services for its products. Some shipping services may include carrier insurance or other forms of shipment protection; however, insurance availability and coverage can vary by carrier, destination and selected shipping service.
We therefore do not represent every shipment as being individually insured unless this is explicitly stated for the applicable shipping method.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Please contact Natural Gems Belgium as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been fulfilled or transferred to the carrier, it may no longer be possible to change the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact Natural Gems Belgium as soon as possible with the relevant order information.
We will investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Customer rights relating to damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered goods are addressed further in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
